What you’ll need

  • 90 ml Pago Cranberry
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 5 ml sugar syrup (1:1 sugar and water)
  • 60 ml chilled sparkling water
  • Ice cubes, 1 small rosemary sprig and 1 thin lime wheel

How to make it

  1. Fill the highball glass with ice. Add the Pago Cranberry, lime juice and sugar syrup, then stir briefly.
  2. Add the chilled sparkling water last and gently lift once with a spoon to combine.
  3. Gently press the clean rosemary sprig between your fingers and place it in the glass as a garnish. Add the lime wheel and serve immediately.
