For breakfast managers & buyers

Pago for hotel breakfast: flavours and purchasing.

A practical guide for breakfast managers and hotel buyers: eight Pago flavours, cases of 12 × 20 cl, exact article codes and clear ordering arrangements.

Start with your breakfast service.

Does your hotel offer table service, room service or a combination with a buffet? First decide where individual bottles belong. At a served breakfast, guests can choose a flavour and receive a chilled bottle with a glass. For room service, agree how that choice is recorded on the order.

Orange with pulp and Apple are a useful starting point for a compact selection, with Mango as a possible third choice. Discuss this as a range proposal with your team, then review what guests actually request. Each department can have its own selection.

Eight flavours, one case format.

The Dutch Pago collection from Green Acres includes juice, nectar and fruit drinks. All eight flavours are listed in cases of 12 glass bottles of 20 cl. The table below gives the exact Green Acres article codes; each flavour links to its product page and ordering route.

Plan in both portions and cases.

When serving one bottle per guest, one case contains twelve portions. Forty-eight pre-ordered breakfast portions of one flavour therefore require four cases. This is a portion calculation: determine your actual order from consumption, stock on hand and agreed delivery arrangements.

Make it clear whether an order quantity means bottles or cases. Record each flavour’s use at breakfast, in room service and at the bar. Follow the current label and product specification for storage and shelf life, including after opening.

Fit ordering into the team’s routine.

Green Acres is the official Pago distributor for the Netherlands. Existing customers can log in to the trade ordering platform. New hotels first apply for a trade account and agree ordering and delivery arrangements.

If your hotel or purchasing system emails purchase orders, Green Acres accepts those too. Agree in advance which article codes, case quantities, delivery details and purchase references the order should contain. Check current availability through your trade account or contact before planning a delivery.

Connect purchasing with presentation.

Use the same flavour names on the breakfast menu, room-service menu and purchasing list. Make sure the team knows that our Orange contains pulp and Mango is a nectar. EnglishBreakfast.nl offers breakfast ideas and products from Green Acres; our serving guide below focuses on the bottle, glass and presentation.
